LO1 Apply Building Regulations B, K, L and M to the detailed design of projects and demonstrate familiarity with the Building Control process
LO2 Prepare documentation for a Fire Safety Certificate and a Disability Access Certificate Application for a small to medium scale project
LO3 Demonstrate in outline how a Building Contract is administered and costed
LO4 Take an active part in the construction Health & Safety process
LO5 Demonstrate familiarity with the concepts of Professionalism and Management, as defined by the RIAI Standard of Knowledge, Skill and Competence for Practice as an Architectural Technologist and the CIAT Code of Conduct
