Module Aim: The aim of the subject is to develop a knowledge of the legal issues associated with the construction and management of buildings and of the public procurement process.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
LO1 demonstrate an understanding of the legal implications of management decisions in relation to employment, regulatory and contract issues
LO2 demonstrate an understanding of company law in relation to management and administration of a company
LO3 participate in the management of legal and contract related issues
