On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
LO1 Calculate cost, productivity and quality metrics using different measures of size.
LO2 Estimate project cost and other resources, including tuning of cost models.
LO3 Identify, estimate and manage risk.
LO4 Develop a schedule and critical path and discuss the effect of delays.
LO5 Understand group dynamics and use it to best advantage.
LO6 Focus on quality and use PMBOK and ISO Standards.
LO7 Put into practice the various soft skills and techniques of project management.
