LO2 Demonstrate leadership and motivational skills together with a sound understanding of team dynamics.
LO3 Apply basic project management techniques such as cost and effort estimation, risk analysis, scheduling, etc.

Project Teams
Team structures; team dynamics; workspace ergonomics.
Size & Metrics
Function points and other measures of size; metrics calculation with special focus on cost and productivity metrics.
Risk Analysis
Identification, estimation, management and monitoring of risks.
Cost Estimation
Range of estimation techniques examined; tuning of cost model.
Scheduling and Resource Allocation
Charts and diagrams; critical path analysis.
