Module Aim:
The aims of the subject are:
(1) to develop a greater knowledge, understanding of and competency in Quantity Surveying Practice and Procedure
(2) to develop a greater knowledge, understanding of and competency in Estimating Practice, Tendering Procedures and Post Contract Cost Control

On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:

use measurement and estimating skills and contract knowledge in an integrated manner to estimate costs, prepare and submit a tender for a construction project
