Formal lectures will be supplemented by discussion and group work, based on simulated scenarios and case studies. The module will be supported by on-line learning materials with an emphasis on self-directed independent learning.
Module Aim:
The overall aim of this module is to introduce students to the basic principles of property and succession law applicable in Ireland today which will be of assistance to them in the workplace or in the pursuit of further study options.
