Elective Regulation

Jurisprudence is to be offered only in year 3 until 22/23, thereafter only in year 2. Students must take 3 electives of 5 credits. Students who have successfully completed Years 1 and 2 of the BB (Hons) in Business with Law AND have transferred to Year 2 of this programme will gain an exemption in Contract Law BUT they MUST take Criminal Law module from Year 1 of the BA (Hons) in Law and have selected Constitutional Law 1 and 2 as an elective.
