Module Aim: The aim of the module is to develop advanced measurement, estimating and management skills
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
LO1 to measure and estimate costs of advanced building works and building services manually and using appropriate software
LO2 to perform basic economic analysis of different building solutions and advise on the basis of the analysis
LO3 to prepare and analyse critical path programmes both manually and using appropriate computer software;
LO4 to review Health and Safety legal requirements and assist with Health and Safety management
LO5 to collate and analyze cost data and prepare a cost plan
