The aim of this module is to develop the students coaching competencies at the Uefa C License level of the FAI Coaching Pathway. Enabling the students to plan, deliver and evaluate reality based coaching sessions linked to developing age specific coaching curriculums.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
LO1
Design and deliver reality based training sessions, linked to the 11v11 match based on specific systems of play.
LO2
Implement coaching strategies to develop the Team, Units and Individual players, understanding and ability to execute a game plan related to a specific playing philosophy.
LO3
Demonstrate an understanding of the 'Coaching Coordinator' role within the FAI Clubmark system.
