Module Aim: The aim of this module is to develop the ability of the coach to work with elite senior player at the UEFA B stage of the FAI coaching ladder. Enabling the students to plan, deliver and reflect on coaching sessions and analyse and assess their own performance as a coach.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
LO1 Provide extensive detail and coaching points to the Team, Units and Individual players to improve their understanding and ability to execute a game plan based on analysis of a specific football problem.
LO2 Develop the skills to self reflect, analyse personal performance and design an individual performance plan.
