Module Aim: The aim of the subject is to develop a knowledge of the legal issues associated with the management of the buildings process.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
LO1 outline the legal implications of management decisions in relation to employment, regulatory issues, and health and safety
LO2 recognise the role of company law in relation to management and administration of a company
LO3 describe the key principles of law of property, law of tort and the role of insurance
